Six tours are available on this page: the showflat gallery, an aerial drone view of the site and its surroundings, and four unit layouts, Type B2 (2 Bedroom), Type B4A (2 Bedroom + Study), Type C4 (3 Bedroom Premium) and Type C5 (3 Bedroom Premium + Study). Between them they cover four of the sixteen unit types at The Arcady at Boon Keng, spanning 678 sqft to 1,281 sqft.
What a 360 tour shows better than a floor plan is the fit-out, so it is worth knowing what to look at. The kitchen appliances are Electrolux throughout, the sink and mixer Blanco, and the sanitary ware and bathroom fittings Toto, with no change in brand between unit types. Kitchen cabinetry is full height with a quartz counter top and backsplash. The clearest visible difference between the tours is the hob: Type B2 and Type B4A have the electric hob alone and an open kitchen, while Type C4 and Type C5 have an enclosed kitchen with a built-in LPG gas hob sitting beside the electric one. Typical ceiling height is 2.85 metres to the living, dining and bedrooms.

The aerial tour is the most useful thing on this page for anyone weighing a stack. The tower faces north and south, so the north band looks over the older low-rise estate towards Whampoa and the south band looks across Serangoon Road towards the city, Marina Bay Sands and the Kallang River. The drone view shows what sits in each direction at height, which no floor plan can.

Two of these four are built at the showflat, and two are not. Type B2 and Type C5 are the physical show units you can walk through; the Type B4A and Type C4 tours are of layouts that are not on display, so the 360 view is the only way to see them.
Type B2, 2 Bedroom, 678 sqft. One of two layouts in the 2 Bedroom band, which holds 38 units in total. B2 runs stack 09 on the north band, from Level 3 to Level 13 and Level 16 to Level 23. It is the larger of the pair by 11 sqft, and it has two bathrooms, with the second bedroom’s en-suite also opening to the living area so it serves as the guest bathroom.
Type B4A, 2 Bedroom + Study, 764 sqft. One of three layouts in the 2 Bedroom + Study band, which holds 38 units. B4A occupies stack 04 from Level 16 to Level 23, above Type B4, which is the same footprint lower down the same column. The difference between the two is not in the layout: B4 units on Levels 3 to 13 receive an acoustic ceiling and a developer-provided balcony screen, and B4A units do not.
Type C4, 3 Bedroom Premium, 1,195 sqft. One of two layouts in the 3 Bedroom Premium band, which holds 31 units. C4 is a south-facing corner unit on stack 03. It has three bathrooms against Type C3’s two, a yard where C3 has none, and a household shelter. The living and dining are separated into two cross-ventilated spaces and the kitchen has a see-through glass panel to the dining room.
Type C5, 3 Bedroom Premium + Study, 1,281 sqft. One of two layouts in the 3 Bedroom Premium + Study band, which holds 21 units. C5 runs stack 02 on the north band and carries the longest master wardrobe in the development at approximately 2.7 metres, three bathrooms, a household shelter and a naturally ventilated study sized for a single bed.
What no tour covers. Twelve of the sixteen unit types have no 360 tour, including the 1 Bedroom + Study Type A1, both standard 3 Bedroom layouts, the 4 Bedroom + Study Type D1 and both penthouses. The four Level 24 apartments are genuinely different from anything shown here rather than larger versions of it: they are built to a taller floor section with a 4.5-metre double-volume living and dining, and their published areas include a strata void.
