Unit selection across sixteen unit types. The Arcady’s 172 units are divided into sixteen unit types covering nine bedroom configurations, from a 527 sqft 1 Bedroom + Study up to a 2,583 sqft penthouse. Seven of those sixteen types exist in ten units or fewer and five are single units, so the shortlist narrows quickly once you tell us how many bedrooms, which facing and what budget you are working to. We can send the relevant floor plan layouts with room dimensions for any type.
Stack, facing and view guidance. The block sits at almost true north to south orientation, so every unit faces one way or the other. Stacks 08, 09, 01 and 02 face north; stacks 07, 06, 05, 04 and 03 face south towards the city, Marina Bay Sands and the Kallang River from height. If you already have a unit number in mind, we can tell you what it looks out on, from which floor the 12-storey Saint George’s blocks stop obstructing the view, and which stacks carry the acoustic ceiling and balcony screen provision.
Specification questions by unit type. Several provisions at The Arcady are not uniform across the development, and the differences are the sort that only surface when you ask. A household shelter is drawn on four of the sixteen types, covering 52 of the 172 units, and it does not follow unit size: Types C3, C4, C5 and C5A have one while the larger 4 Bedroom + Study, 4 Bedroom Premium and both penthouses do not. A built-in LPG gas hob is provided from the 3-bedroom types upward, covering 85 units, with the rest receiving the electric hob alone. We can confirm what a specific type gets before you commit.
Financing, CPF and stamp duty. We can walk you through how the purchase is staged before completion, an indicative loan quantum and monthly instalment, and how Buyer’s Stamp Duty, Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty and the Total Debt Servicing Ratio apply to your particular profile. Showflat appointments. Two unit types are built as showflats: Type B2, the 678 sqft 2 Bedroom, and Type C5, the 1,281 sqft 3 Bedroom Premium + Study. Two further layouts, Type B4A and Type C4, can be viewed through the 360 virtual tours but are not built at the showflat. Viewing is by appointment from 10am to 7pm daily, and can be arranged through this page or on the showflat booking page.
